Return Policy
- No Merchandise may be returned without prior approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise.
- Merchandise that is damaged, soiled, or emitting an odor (i.e. smoke) due to customer use is non-returnable.
- Clearance, as-is, discontinued, used, or close-out merchandise is non-returnable.
- No Merchandise can be returned after 30 days from the date of pick-up or delivery.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Approved returns are subject to restocking fees (see restocking fee policy).
- Returned goods will be refunded in the manner they were paid. Charge card payments will be returned onto the exact same charge card. Cash or check payments will be refunded by check. Financed purchases will be credited back to the finance account.
Restocking Fee Policy
- Undelivered, in-stock, merchandise incurs no restocking fee.
- Undelivered, special ordered merchandise incurs a 20% restocking fee.
- Delivered, in-stock merchandise incurs a pick-up delivery charge.
- Delivered, special ordered merchandise incurs a 20% restocking fee & a pick-up delivery charge.
General Warranty & Limitations
- Manufacturer warranties are only extended to the original owner.
- Clearance, as-is, discontinued, used, or close-out merchandise has no warranty unless specified.
- Commercial usage will void the warranty unless a commercial warranty is specified.
- Proof of purchase (your sales invoice) is needed for any warranty issues.
- Transportation costs are not covered by any warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Moving the furniture from the original address voids our service obligation.
- Due to OSHA regulation 1910.1030, the warranty shall not apply to any merchandise that has been burned, soiled, is in an unsanitary condition, or otherwise abused or damaged.
Mattress Warranty Conditions, Exclusions
- Manufacturer’s warranty their product against manufacture defects within the specified warranty period unique to each model.
- Body impressions are not a warrantable structural defect unless the impression exceeds the specified working range of the particular model. (Mattress models vary)
- Mattresses with border wires or foam encasement edge supports may not be bent. Doing so voids the warranty.
- Mattress warranties require the purchase of a matching foundation unit. Mattresses purchased without a matching foundation come with a limited or no warranty.
- A mattress set must have the proper support frame. Twin and full size must have a minimum of 4 points of contact to the floor. Queen size must have a minimum of 5 points of contact to the floor, and king size must have a minimum of 6. Improper frame support voids the warranty.
- Mattress sets under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Terms and Conditions of Purchase
- All purchases require a minimum of 50% down, at the time of purchase.
- Payment in full must be made prior to, or at the time of delivery or pick-up of the merchandise.
- All warehoused items must be paid in full.
- Warehoused goods not delivered within a year will be considered abandoned and any monies down will be forfeit.
- You are responsible for picking out merchandise that will fit in your home, will fit through doorways, stairways, hallways, etc. Merchandise returned due to an inability to be placed in a customer’s home will be subject to delivery fees and restocking charges.
- You are responsible to have a safe delivery address. Walkways should be free of snow and ice, pets kenneled and children kept clear. A second delivery charge will incur if the delivery personnel deem the delivery address unsafe and undeliverable.
- Delivery personnel are not allowed to handle furnishings, electronics, etc. that are not listed on the delivery documents. They are not allowed to put any holes in a customer’s walls (i.e. hang mirrors and pictures).
- Delivery personnel will only pick up old furniture for removal on a piece for piece basis (i.e. if you purchase a sofa, we will remove a sofa as a courtesy if you wish).
- Frizzell Furniture Gallery assumes no responsibility for damage to items in the home that need to be moved in order to place furniture.
- Estimated shipping and delivery times are exactly that, an estimate.
Customer Pick-ups
- Merchandise must be paid in full prior to, or at the time of pick-up.
- We will load your merchandise into your vehicle for you. We recommend you have help at the other end.
- We will tie in your load for you if you wish. We accept no responsibility for it staying secure and free from damage during transport.
- We will provide twine and plastic wrap to tie and protect your merchandise. We recommend you bring your own tie straps and blankets to insure safe, secure transport of your merchandise.
- You need to have the proper vehicle for the merchandise you will be picking up. We will NOT load mattresses or other merchandise onto the top of any vehicle, even if it has a luggage rack.
