Delivery Options

Affordable Local Delivery, Set-Up & Removal of Old Furniture

Delivery of your new furniture is available through our expert delivery & set-up service. Most deliveries can be scheduled to take place within one week of purchase (or arrival of special orders). Please allow extra time over holiday weekends or for remote locations. All deliveries within an hour of our store are a flat fee of $19. Purchases of $2,000 or more include FREE delivery to residences within an hour of our store. We will remove old furniture on a piece per piece basis if you wish, as part of your delivery, and at no additional cost. Delivery (by our delivery team and vehicle) is available to residences further than an hour from our store for an additional fee –please contact us for more details. Sorry, we do NOT ship furniture via freight truck to areas outside of our delivery area.

Customer Pick-ups

  • Merchandise must be paid in full prior to, or at the time of pick-up.
  • We will load your merchandise into your vehicle for you. We recommend you have help at the other end.
  • We will tie in your load for you if you wish. We accept no responsibility for it staying secure and free from damage during transport.
  • We will provide twine and plastic wrap to tie and protect your merchandise. We recommend you bring your own tie straps and blankets to insure safe, secure transport of your merchandise.
  • You need to have the proper vehicle for the merchandise you will be picking up. We will NOT load mattresses or other merchandise onto the top of any vehicle, even if it has a luggage rack.
