Please call our disability services phone line at 800.567.9666 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Affordable, Professional Local Delivery

All deliveries are done by Frizzell’s professional delivery staff. We offer several types of professional delivery options, so you only pay for the services you need!

  • Premium Delivery - $149 – Fully assembled, placed in the room of your choice, set up and all packaging removed.
  • Removal of old furniture available. Disposal fees vary by size. Ask your sales associate for details.
  • Prices above are within 50 miles from your store purchase location. Delivery is available up to 250 miles from the Walker or Bemidji store location with qualifying purchases and an additional per mile charge.
  • Sorry, we do NOT ship furniture via freight truck to areas outside of our delivery area.

Customer Pick-ups

  • We will load your merchandise into your vehicle for you. We recommend you have help at the other end.
  • We recommend you bring your own tie straps and blankets to insure safe, secure transport of your merchandise. We accept
    no responsibility for it staying secure and free from damage during transport.
  • You need to have the proper vehicle for the merchandise you will be picking up. We will NOT load mattresses or other
    merchandise onto the top of any vehicle, even if it has a luggage rack.

All merchandise must be paid in full prior to delivery or at the time of pick up.
